All you need to know about the site ... or not.

The purpose of this site is to promote my opinions, waste my time on something and hopefully, one day, it would bring pleasure to God. It is also a realm in which I can challenge my limits without having to waste money. Layout after layout I strive to add something new I've learned be it css, graphics, or interaction.

I learned about web design in the summer between grade 6 and grade 7 when I saw Maybelle's first sites on geocities and tripod and freewebs.
Following in her footsteps, I started a site on freewebs called "Chickenish Bears". It was that transition time between liking bears to a new found love in chickens. Anyhow, I had the previlege of obtaining Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for free from Maybelle, who had a copy. At that time, I only knew how to use brushes.
My graphic and coding started off extremely slowly since I picked up coding by searching everything on google (I hated the layout in 'Lissa Explains').

At this point, Maybelle bought a domain called "eleganze.net" and I was hosted there under "chicken". I barely improved during that time period.

After eleganze.net expired, Maybelle bought "ambianze.net" and I thought of possible names: "egg", "feather", and "chicken". Maybelle chose "feather".
Now, I became more interested in graphics, I learned to pixel at the end of grade 8. About two years after, I made my first site and created my first pixel layout (See Version 3).

February 2006 (grade 9) "ambianze.net" expired and Maybelle got yet another domain, "maybellestyle.com". This time I decided to keep my site name because people began to associate my virtual idenity with my site so much so that people called me "Feather".
This is when I explored the benefits of php and skinning, and thus revamped my site.

Expanding into the graphics area, I made my first vector in May 2006. My first digital painting in 2007. Got a Wacom Bamboo tablet in 2008.
